I'M BACK and nostalgic....

Finally getting back into the groove of posting after a year and half long hiatus due to professional and personal obligations. Let's pick up where I left off shall we? I flew to NYC on an inspiration shopping trip/long lost bff bitchfest visit in May of 2010. While salivating in a Williamsburg Salvation Army I was approached by Gavin McInnes (yes, the comedian) to do a streetstyle vblog for Nylon mag. Look...I snapped these pics while playing dress up for my new shoes 3 glasses of wine deep monday night (notice poorly orchestrated camera aiming...I'm pretty sure i had the camera stacked on top of 4 shoe boxes), only to browse across another blog today to discover a strikingly similar ensemble to one of mine in these photos(you know the one)..and it reminded me of my tipsy modeling mess a few nights ago! Anyhow i have decided to post them anyways....despite the unavoidable stylebiter subtext. I only have 3 readers right...what do i have to worry about?

I put on my Sundays best (minus the fragglerock hair..I don't know what happened w\ that) with my little sister Katrina in mind. We lost her to leukemia 4 years ago when she was 13. She loved Jesus, her family, telling jokes, and anything Princess related. Today is her birthday, she would have been 17. I miss her everyday.
